Our warranty had expired, and my dryer was blowing nothing but cold air on the day before my husband’s 50th birthday and a weekend of guests. James Knapp came the same day, sussed the problem, and went to great lengths to secure the part and install it so that I wouldn’t be stuck with piles of laundry over a weekend of hosting. He had to leave to take care of some business and even returned that evening after business hours to finish the job!
